To Appeal:
Hearings are held at the Dukes County Court House, Mon – Fri, 8:30am to 10:30am, excluding Holidays. The Court House is located on Main Street in Edgartown, MA.
Tickets may be disputed by mail without waiving any right within 21 days. Write a brief explanation of why you feel the ticket was unjustly issued. This appeal must be post marked no later than 21days from the date of the violation. Include name, address, ticket number (not ticket), registration number and date of violation and supporting documentation. Mail to address on front of ticket.
