In a letter dated April 18, the Cape and Islands District Attorney, Thomas Shack, concluded that the January 17th meeting of the Dukes County commissioners “was adequately and timely posted.” “We (Mr. Shack) therefore have concluded that that particular meeting was not in violation of the Open Meeting Law.”
