County Designation of Official Newspaper
Classified Advertising and Legal Notices
The County of Dukes County is seeking Proposals from “Newspapers of General Circulation” for designation as the official county newspaper that the citizens of the County of Dukes County can read for official notices. Any newspaper responding to this RFP and offering specific government advertising rates shall know that by their submission, they are deemed to also be offering the same specific government advertising rates to each town within the County of Dukes County that chooses to accept the proposal. Responses, in sealed envelopes, must be received in the office of the County Manager by 12 Noon on Wednesday the 18th of May 2005. The County of Dukes County reserves the right to supplement/clarify the proposal with notice to all interested parties. The designation shall begin as of 1 July 2005.
