The County's Vineyard Health Care Access Program (VHCAP) has been awarded a $5,000 grant from the Peter & Elizabeth Tower Foundation. VHCAP is dedicated to helping people through the maze of paperwork to obtain medical coverage. They also have programs for reduced cost prescriiptions and health care. The office is located on New York Avenue in Oak Bluffs.
